Quartio writes first and tracks your meetings

Quartio prepares replies to new inquiries on its own, turns meetings into projects and reads more sources, and your day starts from what waits for you.

    When a new inquiry or a client’s request arrives, Quartio prepares a reply or an offer on its own, as a draft in your mailbox, with prices only from Knowledge. Nothing leaves without your review, and the client’s request waits in Firma among what needs your attention until someone answers.

    A meeting becomes a project

    Within the hour after a meeting, Quartio sets up a project: the deadline, open matters with due dates, the person responsible, the client and the sources. The card lists dates to confirm and has Undo, and you can ask for the same in chat.

    Today: what waits for you

    A new conversation opens with a list: client requests without a reply, your matters and the next deadline within three days. You can also turn on a daily digest at a time you choose, in the app and on WhatsApp.

    Knowledge at hand

    A Knowledge page shows when it was last updated, and you change a selected passage by instruction, with Undo. You can ask about the open page or matter in the same panel, and a citation opens the source at the exact passage.

    Knowledge from new sources

    Files from Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, ZIP archives (file by file) and phone call recordings reach Knowledge: send a recording with a message that starts with “Call…” and Quartio transcribes it. You add documents yourself with “Add to Knowledge”, and an account connected later is collected 30 days back.

    You connect services yourself

    In Settings, under Connections, every service shows its state and a Connect button. You can also hand a connection to whoever handles IT: you get an address and an 8-digit code valid for 7 days.

    3D files with a preview

    An STL, STEP, OBJ, GLB, 3MF, PLY, OFF or DXF file comes with a sheet of five views and dimensions, and you can turn and zoom an STL model in the app. A file WhatsApp cannot carry arrives as a link to your conversation, with no code and no time limit.

    Answers that miss nothing

    One search finds every mention of a code or part number, however it is written, across messages, mail, documents and the CRM, and the answer says how much it searched. An estimate starts from your own past prices, an amount with no source is never shown, and mail is searched across all your mailboxes at once, attachments such as invoices included.

    WhatsApp clearer and without gaps

    Replies are written for WhatsApp, with bold and lists instead of tables, and each links to its conversation with “Open in Quartio”. Messages from while WhatsApp was re-paired come back, and history shared when Quartio is added to a group, album photos included, reaches search.

Undo instead of approvals, and Quartio reads files

Quartio applies changes at once and lets you undo them, reads what attachments say, takes large files and understands WhatsApp more fully.

    Quartio no longer asks you to approve every change. It applies it at once and shows a receipt with Undo, in chat and on WhatsApp. Every change to company memory is listed under Changes in Knowledge, with who made it.

    Quartio turns scans and photos of documents, voice notes, PDFs, spreadsheets and Office documents into text, so you can ask about what they say. What files in WhatsApp groups say also reaches company memory.

    Large files without errors

    In the browser you can send files up to 1 GB: they go up in parts, with a progress bar, and resume after a break. On WhatsApp files up to 100 MB go through, and you can send a larger one in your Quartio conversation.

    New messages reach Quartio at once, and nothing from groups goes missing, including the first minutes after Quartio was added. Edited messages show their latest version, and you can find a link by what its page is about.

    Clear messages instead of “it failed”

    When something fails, Quartio says what and why, and whether it is worth trying again. A problem with one attachment no longer stops the whole answer.

    Quartio gathers company knowledge, the newest messages, WhatsApp groups, email and the calendar at once. When the search takes longer, after 20 seconds it says where it has already looked, and it refines the answer as it goes.

Quartio checks your connected tools every few minutes instead of every 6 hours, answers questions about the newest matters and no longer breaks off long answers.

Fixes

  • FilesOrdinary attachments are no longer refused as suspicious, and a suspicious file goes to quarantine without blocking the whole message.
  • FilesFile links always lead to your company’s current address.
  • SearchCompany memory finds words typed without Polish letters, for example “wrzesien” finds “wrzesień”.
  • Company memoryUpdating company memory is more resilient to failures: interrupted jobs resume by themselves after a Quartio update.
