Undo instead of approvals, and Quartio reads files
Quartio applies changes at once and lets you undo them, reads what attachments say, takes large files and understands WhatsApp more fully.
- Improved
Changes at once, with an Undo button
Quartio no longer asks you to approve every change. It applies it at once and shows a receipt with Undo, in chat and on WhatsApp. Every change to company memory is listed under Changes in Knowledge, with who made it.
- No Approve and Reject
- Undo in one click
- Change history with authors
- Removal only when you ask
- New
Quartio reads attachments
Quartio turns scans and photos of documents, voice notes, PDFs, spreadsheets and Office documents into text, so you can ask about what they say. What files in WhatsApp groups say also reaches company memory.
- Scans and photos
- Voice notes
- PDFs page by page
- Spreadsheets and documents

Large files without errors
In the browser you can send files up to 1 GB: they go up in parts, with a progress bar, and resume after a break. On WhatsApp files up to 100 MB go through, and you can send a larger one in your Quartio conversation.
- Up to 1 GB in the browser
- Up to 100 MB on WhatsApp
- Resumes after a break
- Improved
WhatsApp without gaps
New messages reach Quartio at once, and nothing from groups goes missing, including the first minutes after Quartio was added. Edited messages show their latest version, and you can find a link by what its page is about.
- Edits and polls
- Reactions and events
- Search without Polish letters
- Links by what the page says

Clear messages instead of “it failed”
When something fails, Quartio says what and why, and whether it is worth trying again. A problem with one attachment no longer stops the whole answer.
- Faster
A faster first answer
Quartio gathers company knowledge, the newest messages, WhatsApp groups, email and the calendar at once. When the search takes longer, after 20 seconds it says where it has already looked, and it refines the answer as it goes.
Fixes

- Connected toolsQuartio knows which tools are connected, and when an answer needs one that is not, it offers a single Connect.
- Connected toolsA sign-in to a tool that fails has a specific reason and the next step for whoever handles IT, without card after card asking to connect.
- Connected toolsGmail and Outlook emails are saved to company memory cleanly, very long ones included.
- AnswersQuartio reads web pages, RSS feeds and YouTube captions without asking; it asks only before sending a file from the web whose type cannot be checked.

- Company memoryTeam members’ changes publish at once, removal needs an administrator, and an administrator can undo a member’s change.
