- Where is my data?
- On your company’s own server in the European Union, in Frankfurt. The excerpt an answer needs is processed by the AI model at AWS in the USA, and connections to Google and Microsoft run through Pipedream in the USA, both under data processing agreements.
- Who can see it?
- You and the people you give access to: each sees their own conversations and the shared company knowledge, and an administrator sets the roles. Passwords are encrypted; neither the AI model nor anyone on our team sees them.
- Does AI learn from it?
- No. Only the excerpt an answer needs goes to the model. We run OpenAI models in Amazon Bedrock (AWS); neither AWS nor OpenAI trains models on data sent this way.
- How do I stop it and delete it?
- You can disconnect any tool at any time, and Quartio changes things in your systems only when you ask. We delete data on request: from our systems within 30 days, from backups within 60 at the latest.

Before you ask for an invitation
How much does it cost?
Quartio is a monthly subscription for the company. We give the amount at the first meeting, once we know how many people and tools it covers, and put it in the order before the start. The first meeting costs nothing.
How much work does the start take?
At the first meeting we pick one matter and connect only the sources it needs, together. You check the answers on your own matters straight away, and the scope grows once you see the benefit.
Does my team have to learn a new program?
No. People talk to Quartio in plain language on WhatsApp or in the browser. Everyone has their own conversations and the access an administrator gives them.
What if Quartio gets something wrong?
Every answer shows its source: an email, a message or a meeting note. Messages are prepared as drafts, so nothing is sent without your approval.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT does not know your company, so every time you have to describe and paste everything. Quartio reads the connected email, chats and documents itself, remembers what was agreed, keeps track of deadlines and runs on your company’s own server.
Will you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We process your company’s data on your instruction and under a data processing agreement. The list of providers is in the privacy notice.
How do I cancel?
The term of the agreement is set in the order. After it ends we delete the data from our systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 at the latest.
